Sooooo... The Festive Season, then?

Was - Believe it or not - GREAT this time round!

Had a load of folk over on Xmas eve, and a good time was had by all. Peskypants stayed up about as late as could be expected - But moreso with the excitement of a lounge full of amusing people than with the thought of Santa coming. She didn't really "get" the whole Santa thing, I don't think.
Not until Xmas day, anyway.

It was great to see Jeff again, even if only for one evening. I miss the big geek when he's not around, and I rarely get the chance to have a proper chat with hm on MSN :(

After folk began to drift off home ( Well, Semp and Jeff. Julie naffed off early. ) Kat and I began constructing Morgan's main present - The Mothercare Cooker.
It WOULD be nice if, when Mothercare updated the design of their toys, they also UPDATED THE DAMN INSTRUCTIONS AND STICKER SHEET!

Worked it out in the end, anyway, and duly wrapped it in tinsel ready for the morning.

Slept, then:

Woke up around 8:30am, with her trundling round the hall. She came into our bed for a wee while, since "It's not time to get up quite yet. Come for a snooze".
We all nodded off.

The next thing I know, I'm having one of those "falling" dreams. I wake up with a start - And I'm 6 inches off the bloody floor!
A few milliseconds pass, and ( Being a decent, law-abiding sort ) I decide to obey the law of gravity... And hit the floor.
Even still, I'm kinda wondering what's going on. I lie there, and try to figure out what that noise is, that sounds like somebody wetting themselves with laughter.

Three guesses.

Apparently, Morgan woke up and stretched. She booted Kat in the tummy, which woke her up. As soon as Kat opened her eyes, she was just in time to see me disappearing over the edge of the bed.
I clambered back up, and removed Morgan's dummy.
As expected, it was hiding a great big smug grin.
Wee bugger.

Got up, and began the process of Present-Openerry...
