Great. This is all we fucking need.

Since the back of ten, next door have been playing thumping, bassy music.
Morgan's been up twice because of it.

Come 11:45, I gave the guy a phone.

Got his wife - Told her "Sorry to be a spoilsport, but your music's keeping Morgan awake. Any chance you could turn it down, please?"

She passed it to her husband... I told him the same.

"It wisnae that when you were having music blaring out the back the other night.", he said... As someone in the background screamed "Who the fuck is it? Tell him ah'll play music if ah fuckin' wahnt. Tell him tae piss off."

Then he hung up.

A: I've never played music LOUDLY out the back. The loudest it was was during the DAY when I was painting the fence, and even then it was reasonable.

B: Even if we had music on in the evening, it was quiet... And off before about 11pm.

C: And we certainly never had it playing on a Sunday night.

I sincerely hope that this is a one-off, and it's someone's birthday or something, so they're all just a bit pissed.
The husband and wife seem alright ( No idea who the idiot shouting and swearing in the background was ).

If not...
Man, I so can't be fucked with next door neighbours I don't get on with, again.

Had to go through way too much of that shit... I don't think I could handle that again AND Morgan misbehaving AND Lee screeching the place down all the time.

Gahfuck.

WTF?

Just as I put up that last post, I heard Morgan crying upstairs.
Went up, she was coming into the hall from Lee's room ( Where I'm crashing if I have stuff to do the next morning and Lee's being noisy ).
She was looking for me, poor wee thing.

"Mohgeen bad dweem in Mohgeen bed!"

Bad dreams? What about?

"Scawy dweems!"

Why were they scary?

"Bogey monstah!"

Umm... OK.
So she's got her magic fairy wand, and my torch-that-looks-like-a-lightsaber.

A veritable arsenal of bad-dream-defeating weaponry.
Combine that with lots of hugs from Mummy and Daddy, and a bikkit, and you're pretty much invulnerable.

WOOO! NINTENDO DEE ESS!

This was me, just after midnight tonight:

The little green package I'd thought to be a DVD box set turned out to in fact be a Nintendo D.S.

Kat and Dave are sneaky people. Been laughing at me, for going "Ooh! DVD box set? Wonder what it is!".

Yay-ness. Happy Birthday to me!

Kat rocks.

That was the trailer...

The feature presentation just kicked it's ARSE.

Best thunderstorm I've seen for YEARS.

Woo! Thunder!

Just got back from the shops, and as I got to the end of the street, a pretty decent thunderstorm kicked off.
Not as long as I'd have liked, but a few good forks.

Took Morgan into the garden to watch the start, then we went upstairs to watch the end once the rain kicked in.

"Wottsat noise daddy?"
"What do you think it was Morgan?"
"SCAYWAY MONSTA!"

*Grin*
